4 yr. old-Give Thanks

We learned about the first Thanksgiving and made turkey shakers with our handprints for the turkey's feathers. We got to take home pilgrim hats. Most wanted the boys' hats. They were cooler than the girls' hats and apparently looked like a witch's hat.

We made our own Humpty Dumpty out of boiled eggs. But we did an experiment with an unboiled egg. We named him Humpty and acted out the rhyme. There's a reason the king's horses and men couldn't put Humpty together again!
